Bianca Sy started her career at sea— planning, organizing, and executing all events from live theatrical shows, nightly themed parties, game shows, workshops, dance classes, games and activities. With her job, she became an avid jet-setter and has been to more than 30 countries to-date. Her travels to Brazil, Paris, Barcelona, Japan, Rome, Hawaii, Argentina, just to name a few, have exposed her to a huge variety of interesting events and celebrations from different cultures all over the world. After 4 years of cruising, she decided to go back to California, her birth place, and plant her roots in LA to pursue her passion for planning special events.
Bianca grew up in a food-catering household, enabling her to witness the hectic environment of events at such a young age. Nevertheless, her fondness for the field grew because of her professional hula & belly dancing background, which exposed her to various corporate and social events. Her management skills, her creative and resourceful nature, paired with her innate passion for excellence is what makes her the perfect person for the job.
With her extensive guest service experience and a very strong background in the hospitality industry, Bianca is known for her work ethic, genuine personality, as well as her ability to exceed client satisfaction by developing strong professional relationships and being receptive to client needs. Her passion and ability to understand and execute the visions’ of clients is what will make every event a PERFECT ONE.
She is a proud Filipina and is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, one of the most prestigious schools in the country. She has an event management certificate accredited by ICOES and is developing her skills further with the International Institute of Weddings.
