With our full-service event planning package, our team will be with you every step of the way. From choosing a venue and selecting the invitation design to picking centerpieces and crafting a down-to-the-minute schedule for the day of your event, we are here to help you bring your dream event to life.
Our services include venue guidance and selection, recommendations and referrals for some of the best event professionals in the industry, budget planning and management, travel arrangements, and guest accommodations. We also arrange all of the day-of logistics, including timelines, to-do lists, management, floor plans and layouts. La Rêverie Events will craft and help you create an event that is completely customized to your style and taste, giving you what you’ve always dreamed of.
The Partial Planning $2500
For the couple that would like to be part of the planning process and has some flexibility in their daily work schedules, but would like guidance from the beginning. From establishing color combinations or theme concepts, creating a design mood board, to guest list management, budgeting, seating arrangements, and much more details that just need extra attention and a professional pair of eyes.
This package includes everything in the month of planning package like vendor referrals, one hour rehearsal coordination, logistics, set up and styling of wedding décor items and wrap up. But it doesn’t end there! This package includes more fine details such as a personal check list, assistance with vendor inquiries and customized proposals, handling of vendor contracts, budget advice for vendor services, proposal of rental orders and creation of floor plans, more planning meetings, more wedding assistants, and a detailed event timeline from beginning to wrap up.
The Month-of Planning $1500
For the organized pair that will handle or has handled most of the planning and hiring of vendors, but would like a coordinator to oversee the final details. Month-of Planning ensures that those final weeks leading up to your event run smoothly and are as stress-free as possible. We will have at least one detailed meeting with us to ensure that we fully understand your vision. The meeting can include a site visit (for weddings, this includes both the ceremony and reception venue), as well as an intimate consultation to get to know one another and give us an in-depth sense of what you’ve planned. Approximately two weeks prior to your event, all details will be finalized. We’ll put together the timeline and take over the logistics, allowing you to enjoy the excitement and anticipation without any stress.
Additionally, your planner will work with your contracted event professionals as the point-person for any questions that may arise prior to the event and on the day of your event. From managing the timeline to overseeing the installation, set-up, and other logistics, we will simplify the planning process, making the celebratory experience fun and memorable.
