Why hire a Wedding/ Event Producer?

To put it all in perspective, this is your special day. In fact, it may be the most important and the most memorable time of your life. You’d want to embrace, savor, and enjoy the moment. We prefer you to only think about how beautiful you look as you walk down the aisle, and not think about the DJ cueing music or the dessert being served on time.  

  • A Wedding/ Event Producer is a necessity to a well-planned party; a key player, if not THE key player to a well-executed event.
  • Our main goal is to reduce your stress and worry in accomplishing what you envisioned your event to be.
  • We help you prioritize your vendors, keep your budget on track, provide qualified vendor referrals, accompany you to vendor meetings and know what questions to ask, review vendor contracts, and save you money.
  • On the day itself, we’ll be there to make sure that the vendors are in check, we will create a timeline to ensure the smooth flow of the event
  • To sum it all up, our event producers are there to make sure that you, your friends, and your family, are having the best time of your lives.

Will I lose control of my own wedding after hiring an Event Producer?

Not at all! Your wedding is YOUR event. It is our job to support and guide you through the planning process, not to take full control over it. We go by what your desires are and it is our duty to make sure that it is smoothly executed.

How can I determine which Event Package/Service I need?

Once we get to touch base with you, we will ask all the necessary questions in order to learn more about your vision and plans for your upcoming wedding / event to ensure we customize the right package for you.

How much do your Event Services cost?

Event services vary based on the type of event and the seasons (ex. peak seasons). It depends on how many people are invited to your event, how grand or complex you want your event to be, how far away the venues are, how many vendors you wish us to deal with. All of these are factors in determining the manpower needed in order to make your event a success.

I am already working with a Catering Manager at my venue, and he/she is very helpful. Why do I need your help?

Catering Managers at hotels or venues have the job of overseeing the details that are directly related to only the venue, which is only one aspect of the whole event.  It is not in their job description to confirm your vendors, run your rehearsal, oversee the vendors on your wedding day, man the gift table, oversee the flow of cocktail hour to getting the guests seated for the reception, cue you down the aisle at your ceremony, and make sure all of the day’s events are running according to schedule. 

All of these details have to be met, and as a professional event planners, it would be our job to ensure that the entirety of the whole event, from pre-photos to striking down, is run well.

I am planning a destination wedding in Los Angeles, but I live in another city/state/country, can you help me?

Absolutely! In fact, this is exactly what we are here for. Having worked in various parts of the industry, and in many parts of the world, La Reverie professionals can comfortably communicate with out of city/state/country clients via phone, social media, FaceTime, and email.

How many weddings do you plan per year?

Here at La Reverie Events we strongly believe in giving our clients our undivided attention. We pride ourselves in attention to detail and our commitment to making your best day our best job. In order to give you the time, attention, and effort you deserve, we plan no more than three weddings per month and each with no more than one wedding per weekend.

What makes La Rêverie Events unique?

The answer is simple: fresh ideas come from the fresh mind & eye. Our main planner and co-founder Bianca, has heavy travel experiences prior to the start of this business. We take pride in having been able to witness many different cultures, having been able to work and meet with several different people from different ethnicities, and physically seeing and being to different countries all over the world, as a team we have developed the ability to help create new ideas based on our experiences. Also, we keep ourselves up-to-date with the trends of the wedding and event industry constantly.

How do you determine which vendors to recommend to each of your clients?

We tailor all of our vendor referrals to fit the specific client based on: style, personality, and budget. After meeting with you and getting to know more about your plans / visioning, we will ensure to recommend the right vendors to fit especially for YOU!

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, La Rêverie Events is fully insured. Please do not hesitate to request for a copy if your venue requires it.
